I am looking someone that is dependable to perform various tasks on my rental properties located here in Bell County. The ideal candidate will: 1) be an energetic quick learner; 2) have transportation; 3) have good communication skills; 4) carry a basic set of tools; 5) know how to use and care for power tools; 6) be capable of making sheetrock, door, window and cabinet repairs; 7) be competent with painting and maintaining painting equipment and 8) not be afraid of work. Experience with electrical, HVAC, plumbing and flooring are a big plus. The pay listed in this ad is for reference; your actual pay will be based on demonstratable capability and work quality.
