I am a Philadelphia-based Black amateur filmmaker and storyteller looking to speak with residents of the West Philadelphia housing complex (Westpark Apartments) that will soon be rebuilt by New York developers. I want to hear from you. I want to share your stories with the world. We keep seeing and hearing of development and how it's going to "change" the area, but we rarely hear about the impact it will have on those individuals and families displaced.
