Lambs begin arriving momentarily. Gypsy Horse babies soon too. And, we have added very young YAK babies to train. (We also run a Veteran and others Therapy program.) So need help NOW. Part-time 3-5 weekday mornings a week from 8 am to about noon or perhaps 1:00. Pay is cash hourly depending on your skills. Bonuses paid for good work. Newly arrived lambs need to be handled to make sure they are tame for future clients. (Don't worry, I'll teach this part and it's easy.) Horse babies (11 coming) are handled from birth to make sure they love people. I'm the trainer and you are helping. And, we have recently added YAK babies to train. Again, just help me with this. I don't expect anyone to know about lambs or Yaks, but SOME knowledge of horses, ranches, working outdoors, livestock, etc would be VERY helpful. Even though I have my own ways and will teach them. Position involves stall cleaning. (I'm out there with you.) Clean and refill inside water buckets. Grooming animals. Keeping the barn in order for clients and Therapy visitors. Helping with training and general ranch work. Must live within 20 minutes of Burleson. Must start right away or asap. Must have reliable transportation. Must be at least 18 yrs old. per insurance. Prefer someone with maturity though. Must be professional and a team player..... we all work together. Must not have small children whose needs come before your job. Must work OUR hours.
