Help with lawn, landscaping, and house maintenance work

I am looking for help with residential lawn maintenance and landscaping work, such as removing weeds, cutting branches, and raking leaves. It is ongoing work that is recurring and has no deadline. I have all the tools and supplies. I am flexible with scheduling, so it can be done on a part-time basis and on days when the weather is nice. This is part-time occasional work for one house, not a full-time job. The house is located off Sand Lake Road near the Universal Studios water park. I prefer people that live within 30 minutes.
