Looking for someone to pressure wash the interior of a 1,250 square foot concrete warehouse unit, hand clean other surfaces including the bathroom, and paint the walls to get it ready for new tenants. A good job will lead to more work as this warehouse has 23 units. Paint will be supplied. I can arrange to rent a pressure washer if you don't have one.
