Thank you for your thoughtful comment but I respectfully disagree. You simply can't quantify 'many' because you think so. The fact remains those that identify as Democrats usually demean those that do not agree with them, I've witnessed this in person for decades also see it here on CL, and the MSM too. They call them names in an attempt to dismiss the other's point of view. Your personal happiness is not the bell weather of the average citizen and certainly not that of Democrat politicians that are always demanding more money to spend on programs for those they see as disadvantaged as a greater part of our society than ever before. You also jump to a conclusion that I base my happiness on politics which does not exist in reality. I like many others pay close attention to it because I believe in our Constitutional Republic and want to see it succeed and thrive. I have no problem with what you believe is good in your life but please don't assume you know mine better than I do. It is strange to me that so many people are only able to view the world in terms of political factions. I do not mean to pick on Santa Clara here, but she is a perfect example of this phenomenon. Many of us could care less about political party affiliations. Most people live their lives without fixating on choosing one side of the other. Most peopled op not use the terms Libera, conservative, democrat, republican, on a daily or even weekly basis. If you are fixated on politics, you should take a moment t to appreciate the more important aspects of life. The one sure thing about presidents is that they are all temporary. NONE of them affect my life dramatically. My life has been nothing short of great under Carter, Regan, Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama, Trump and Biden. No presidency has affected my life in any significant way. Think for moment. This is probably true for you too...
