Full time, field technician needed to test soils/concrete/asphalt for local and well established Geotech Engineer Firm located in Sebastian, Florida and a Sanford Florida location. Job duties include: Field Sampling and testing of concrete/soils/asphalt at construction sites across the Orlando, Orange County areas, in addition to field inspection of miscellaneous construction activities. Company vehicle provided for use in performing all job duties. On job training provided. Qualifications: • Construction or outdoor work experience preferred. • High School graduate or GED required. • Good organizational skills, time management skills needed. • Ability to work weekends and extended hours, when required. • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. • Good driving record within company standards. • Pass background checks including drug screening.
