RVC Construction is looking for an exceptional High End Residential Superintendent. You will be building some of the finest homes in all of Hawaii. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing and overseeing several projects, has exceptional eye for quality, and has been building high end homes for at least 8 years. The position offers a highly competitive salary based upon experience, bonus structure, and health insurance. This individual will ensure adherence to regulations and compliance and work closely with the Project Manager and subcontractors’ teams to solve problems that arise. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Qualifications: Previous experience in construction management or other related fields Familiarity with construction management software Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Benefits: Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay
