Follows established policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Performs housekeeping duties that include: ◊ Assisting funeral director prior, during, and after funeral services ◊ Maintaining tables and chairs in funeral chapel and lanais ◊ General cleaning: vacuuming, sweeping and mopping ◊ Cleaning restrooms and disposing trash ◊ Replenishing supplies ◊ Assisting in the kitchen during funeral services • Demonstrates a commitment to service excellence, trustworthiness, and integrity MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education • High School diploma or equivalent Experience • No previous experience required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Physically agile and dexterous • Proficient knowledge of cleaning equipment and agents • Ability to follow safety guidelines and take appropriate cautions • Basic computer skills preferred Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts (health care and dependent care), Sick Leave, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Voluntary/Accidental/Death or Dismemberment Insurance, Dependent Life Insurance, SCI 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with Company match, Employee Assistance Program
