We are a NYC based, high-end, full-service garden and landscape design build firm specializing in design, installation, maintenance, and construction. We are looking for a full-time laborer to assist our irrigation technicians with installations, repairs and adjustments. The ideal candidate would be good at taking direction and would have a desire to learn. This job is a good opportunity for an individual to learn a trade and start a career. We like to promote from within and a laborer that has proven their skill will be made a technician. Job Responsibilities: • Assist technicians in installing, repairing and adjusting irrigation systems. • Keep a clean working environment Requirements: • Willingness to learn • Ability to take direction, prioritize, and multi-task • Plumbing and electrical knowledge a plus • Able to lift 50lbs or more • Highly motivated, self-driven individual • Must be able to problem solve • Good time management skills • Availability for long seasonal hours • Energetic, motivated, and hardworking • Punctual, dependable, and willing to work in all weather conditions
