BURNSVILLE, MN — A 17-year-old boy was fatally shot in Burnsville last weekend. Eduardo Avila Santiago was shot in the head at on the 600 block of 145th Street East on Aug. 22. He was transported to Hennepin Healthcare and died just after 1 a.m., according to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner. The Burnsville Police Department is investigating the shooting.
