ISO smaller older dog

Hi i recently lost a valued furbaby and am looking to add a new addition to my family..due to our housing there are certain criterias that the furbaby has to meet in order for us to be able to adopt: 1) has to be a Small dog (no more then 30lbs) (Landlord requirement) 2) House trained or easily trainable (preferred) 3) Older dog or out of chewing stage (landlord requirement) 4) great with young kids (non negotiable) 5) can handle a loud/hetic enviorment ( Non negotiable) 6) has no aggression (non negotiable) 7) does well with other animals including caged animals i know its alot to meet but most of these are non negotiable or mandatory. Its one of the reasons we are having a hard time finding a new addition. free is preffered but can pay up to $75. *NOTE* -Do not contact me with any lab/big dog mixes, i cannot accept a large or medium dog. -I can only afford $75 so please dont suggest or offer me any dogs that are more then that (including dog breeders) -Please dont contact me with what breeds i should get or not get. I have a general idea of temperments and what breeds im open for. -I am located about 1.5 hours from charlotte but am willing to drive for the right furbaby <3 I really hope i can add a fur baby to my home. its been hard because of all the criteria it has to meet up too but i promise they will be spoiled and loved on. thank you!
