DESCRIPTION:
Please join us to welcome Jaime Rubio back to our community at the beautiful Bloedel Hall of St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Capitol Hill.
Jaime Rubio, a prominent Salsero and Bachatero in the Seattle dance community, was recently granted an opportunity to gain permanent residency in the U.S. This means Jaime and his family are FINALLY able to transition from 3 years living in Sanctuary, with Jaime unable to safely leave the church property, back to their family home.
Let's celebrate and support Jaime and his family as they rebuild their lives beyond Sanctuary and continue fighting to keep their family together!
This event is ALL AGES & kids are welcome. No on-site childcare will be provided.
More details to come about live performances, dance lessons, and more!
#KeepJaimeHome #FamiliesBelongTogether
*All proceeds will go directly to Jaime and the Rubio family to support their living and moving costs as they move from the church campus back to their family home and neighborhood.
