Learn how to maintain your suspension and ensure it is properly set up to ride by our resident expert, roll: Service Manager Stephen Smith!
With all the rocks and routs on our trails, it is important to ensure your suspension is properly set up for riding. Bring in your bike and join us for an in depth and hands-on workshop led by our Service Manager, Stephen Smith. During this workshop he will teach you about the suspension on your bike and will make sure your pressure, compression and rebound settings are all up to speck. All attendees will receive a Pedro's Shock Pump ($35 value!) and 10% off all accessories on the evening of the workshop.
Following the workshop we will be heading over to Phase 1 at the Alum Creek mountain bike trail to put your newly set up suspension to the test (weather permitting).
** Helmets and lights will be required for the group ride. These items can be purchased in store following the workshop at 10% off **
About Stephen...
Stephen started riding seriously at the age of 13. As a former BMX rider, mountain biking opened up the next level of obstacles and trails that he couldn't find in a skate park. With a background in manufacturing and the interests in mechanics, Stephen found that working in the service department of a bike shop gave him the technical challenges he enjoyed. Stephen comes with over 5 years of bicycle service experience and has been a Service Manager at roll: for 2 years. He has certifications and trainings from Bosch, Shimano, Trek, Fox Suspension and Rockshox. He will never turn down the opportunity to get out on his bike and you can find Stephen out on the trails at Horns Hill any chance he gets.
