Red Hog & Bardstown Bourbon Company are teaming up to create an amazing collaborative dinner!
On February 23rd, Red Hog will host the first event in the Bardstown Bourbon Company’s new Collaborative Series. This special evening will feature a menu curated by Executive Chef Noam Bilitzer and his talented team, along with craft cocktails highlighting the amazing spirits produced by the Bardstown Bourbon Company. Showcased spirits will include;
Fusion Series, a unique blend of both new and old bourbon;
Discovery Series, an artistic take on blending smooth and unique bourbon; and
Collaborative Series: Founder’s Kentucky Breakfast Stout, a one-of-a-kind spirit that celebrates premium bourbon aged in KBS barrels.
This festive evening will include a cocktail hour followed by a four-course dinner. The event will be held at Red Hog, located at 2622 Frankfort Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206.
*Important note: Seating for this event will be communal. We follow CDC guidelines, and request that anyone who has been exposed to Covid, or who is experiencing symptoms of illness, please refrain from participating. We also ask that masks be worn when guests are not eating or drinking.
