Description
Property Management company looking for an experienced maintenance person with at least 3 years carpentry, electrical and/or plumbing experience.
Must have reliable transportation. Properties are in New Bedford.
Wage based on experience.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Working directly under Property Manager
* Troubleshoot and repair, if possible, any maintenance calls needed in the units in a safe and timely manner.
* Complete apartment turns; extensive cleaning required.
* Installing kitchen cabinets, countertops and floors.
* Installing new tub/surround, vanities, and toilets.
* Painting and cleaning
* Installing interior doors as needed for remodeling of units.
* Treats all tenants and property with the highest level of concern and care
* Must be physically fit and able to lift more than 50 lbs. Some units are on the 3rd floor.
