Erin is flying to New Orleans for a first hand experience complete with cooking classes, swamp boat tour, parades, and more, then driving back fresh fixings from the fish market to serve buffet style for the event! All you can eat buffet will include crawfish boil, shrimp and chicken jambalaya, bourbon chicken, boudin balls, shrimp etouffee, and fried alligator. Plus, order optional appetizers of beignets (3 for $3.50) or crab cakes (3 for $10.99).
