What more real human connection? Really connect with friends or strangers with an eye gaze for 15 minutes, without talking. :) After the last two years, many of us have a strong desire to have a stronger connection with others. Many of us spend too much time in front of our screens, instead of actually connecting with others. We see it everywhere; friends and family together, but all looking at their devices. Have you ever starred into someone’s eyes for a period of time? Ever done this with a complete stranger? Now you have the opportunity to have this beautiful and moving experience. :) Join me in my first monthly Human Contact event on March 3rd from 7-8:30 pm. At this event you are invited to connect with complete strangers or someone you may know and eye gaze for 15 minutes, without talking. You can giggle, laugh or cry, but no talking. Maintaining total eye contact without looking away. It’s challenging and a great mindfulness exercise. Do you think you can do it? This can be deeply moving experience to connect to a stranger or a person you know this way. During the event there will be three 15 minute rotations, giving you the opportunity to do this with 3 different people, or you could just opt to do it once or twice, completely your choice. After each 15 eye gazing session, you can talk briefly to the person you had the contact with and then move on to the next experience. See you there! Namaste xo Michele
