Robert Stegall, Area Manager for the Torres Familia will be joined by a master carver to carve the jamón and speak to 4 Spanish-style Familia Torres Wines and how they came to be. Why is jamón so special? In Spain, this cured pork leg is dry-aged for 18 months, and learning the correct way to break it down takes months, if not years to perfect. In addition to fabulous food and wine pairings, we will be joined by Irene Aleman of Kiniria- an independent brand, creating leather bags and accessories that are 100% handcrafted in Spain. These unique bags with be available for purchase. Musical performance by Ricardo Castillo, Spanish guitarist and Pedro Partida, flamenco performer.
