Southern California Independent School Women's Retreat: THRIVE! Once the 2021-22 school year is over, join us to connect, reflect, and learn among other women leaders from the Southern California independent school community in a three-day immersive leadership retreat. What does it mean for women to thrive in our independent schools? What have we learned about ourselves as leaders, colleagues, teachers, and individuals over the last several years? How can we lead with purpose while also attending to our personal wellbeing? This retreat will provide a much-needed respite for women educators to connect and share what inspires them to be educators. We will use the framework of safety, belonging, and purpose from Daniel Coyle’s The Culture Code and key principles from Priya Parker’s The Art of Gathering: How We Meet & Why It Matters to consider how we nourish ourselves while leading within and beyond our schools. Equally important, this retreat will provide ample opportunities for participants to share stories, build connections, and create a community of joy to extend well-beyond the three days. This retreat is ideal for current and aspiring women leaders at all levels of their career: Division directors, assistant division directors, assistant heads of school, DE&I professionals, and other senior leadersAdmissions, development, and communications associates and directorsProgram directors, deans, curriculum leads, department chairsTeacher leaders, grade level team coordinators, counselors, advisors, and student support specialistsCohort groups will allow participants to connect with others from similar roles and backgrounds. Enrollment is limited to 30 participants. Cost: Early Bird Pricing - Before April 15, 2022: $1350On/After April 15, 2022: $1500Registration fee includes all meals during the retreat (6/15: reception and dinner; 6/16: breakfast, lunch, dinner; 6/17: breakfast, lunch) and supplies/materials. In-person attendees at the Women's Retreat will follow appropriate safety guidelines as set forth by county, state, and on-site officials. Proof of vaccination, including a Booster, is required for participation in the retreat. All participants will be required to submit proof of full vaccionation & booster before attending the retreat. In-person attendance may be limited based on social-distancing guidelines and other appropriate safety measures. COVID-19 guidelines may change as we move through the spring. We’ll keep you posted as these guidelines or policies evolve over time. If EH Consulting cancels the program due to state and county mandates prohibiting in-person gatherings, participants will receive a full refund. EH Consulting is not responsible for any additional financial loss or commitments incurred by attendees. Participation in the Women's Retreat events signifies an attendee’s acknowledgement of infectious and other diseases and voluntary assumption of the risk of exposure or infection by attending the event. Attendees agree to comply with all guidelines and procedures, including distancing and/or masking, that may be implemented by EH Consulting and/or host facilities, in accordance with recommendations from the CDC and other public health authorities and/or advisors. Cancellation & Refund Policy: All refunds must be requested in writing to [email protected] and confirmed in writing by EH Consulting. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the following guidelines: 75% of enrollment fee will be refunded when requested on or before May 1, 202250% of enrollment fee will be refunded when requested between May 2, 2022 - May 15, 2022No refund will be given after May 15, 2022 though you may transfer your enrollment to another individual until June 1, 2022.EH Consulting reserves the right to cancel the program due to insufficient enrollment. If EH Consulting cancels the program, participants will be notified in advance and will receive a full refund. EH Consulting is not responsible for any additional financial loss or commitments incurred by attendees.
