Each year on March 31, the world observes Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV) to raise awareness about transgender people.
In honor of International Trans Visibility Day. Respecting the lives of transgender persons while also increasing awareness about the dangers they face in terms of health and safety is a noble goal. The Trans Visibility Pageant is organized by Life is Work and its collaborators to raise awareness around, COVID-19, HIV, Prep, and ending the homeless crisis in Chicago. This is a gathering of the community and a night of transgender/queer entertainment in celebration of trans leaders and their contributions to the community. COVID guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) shall be followed.
