Memory Cafe: Self-Massage (in-person event)

This is a COVID-safe, in-person dementia friendly event. Two Memory Cafes have joined forces to make this in-person gathering possible. Please register today to reserve your spot at this limited capacity event (20 person limit). You will be asked to wear your mask and to stay home if you have any cold-like symptoms. Carmen Moreno is a massage therapist who will show us tips and tricks for self-massage to ease our physical, mental, and emotional tensions. -- This is a dementia friendly event so the activities are adapted to support individuals experiencing cognitive decline.
