DON'T MISS YOUR CHANCE TO PICK-UP SOME GREAT ITEMS! FITNESS EQUIPMENT RAFFLE! Dear Homeowners, Community Management Associates (CMA) and the Grand Peninsula Owners Association (GPOA) Board are beginning repairs on the community center. Most of the contents were destroyed in last year’s freeze but there are many usable items that were salvaged. These items will not be used in the center’s redesign, so the Board has elected to donate them to homeowners. There are several pieces of furniture, wall art, granite pieces, and various other items that are available. These items are not in perfect condition, and most need a good cleaning. Items will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at no charge. You will be asked to pre-register, you must be in good standing with GPOA, and you must bring proof of residency (state-issued ID) to receive items. Also available are pieces of gym equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, a stationary bike and much more! Gym items appear to be in good working condition. This cannot be guaranteed therefore all items are being offered as-is. The gym equipment giveaway will be done via raffle with the opportunity to enter beginning at noon on Sunday, March 6 and ending at 3pm. Check in at the Community Center on Sunday, March 6. Once cleared you can choose items on a first-come, first-served basis (except for raffle items). Homeowners will be responsible for loading and transporting the items. For safety reasons we ask that no small children enter the building. This event is one day only! Stop by the community center on SUNDAY, March 6 from noon-3pm. Any items not claimed will be donated.
