I accidentally sent my 100 dollars to Mary’s PayPal because I used my telephone number but the number was already registered to Mary’s account. I’ve asked her many times over the past year, nothing is returned. This is one final effort to see if Mary will realize if the owner asked for it back you don’t keep what you found.
