Seeking a house cleaner in the zip code 89123 once every five weeks. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, one story, 1088 sq. ft home. I need someone who is going to be reliable every time and have reliable transportation. I prefer someone who is insured and bonded, but this is not required. I am flexible on the days for housecleaning, and the hours would be afternoon or evening. I have my own cleaning supplies (including vacuum) so you don't have to bring anything. Pay is $60 per cleaning, paid by check. Must be fluent in understanding and speaking English. Must be non-smoker. Must be comfortable with dog and cat.
