LOCATION: The Sage Room is located above the Botanical Lounge (previously Solas). If The Sage Room doesn't populate in your GPS, use Botanical Lounge. The Sage Room is on level 2. PARKING: Free street parking nearby, free metered parking after 6pm on Glenwood Ave, as well as a parking deck across the street. WHAT TO BRING: Mat, towel, water, & a friend! If you don't have a mat, we will have a few on hand to lend you. WAIVER FORM: We will send a waiver form via email prior to the event, please complete it if this is your first time flowing with us
