We are a 10 year old San Francisco based organizing company serving the entire Bay Area You need to have a car or public transportation. We offer rides from SF to all outlying assignments. Currently we have a need for folks to work in Northern California: Sebastopol, Healdsburg, etc. as well as in San Francisco Please read this posting carefully before responding. Thanks We are seeking strong, healthy, men and women with skills in as many of the following areas as possible: Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds easily Moving and stacking boxes Writing legible labels and notes for clients and moving companies Organizing cluttered areas with a good eye to separating "like with like" items Being able to separate donations, trash, recycling, e-waste, chemical waste, items to keep Having a good eye for detail and being able to find "the needle in the haystack" Constructing boxes and protection for furniture and artwork Quickly and easily organizing a medicine cabinet, dresser drawer, kitchen pantry, garage shelving Having great listening and communication skills Representing our company with professionalism, warmth and a can do attitude Being able to multi-task and shift focus quickly as operations necessitate Having 100% fluency in spoken English Extra points for those who can assemble furniture and shelving! Having a knowledge of what minimalism is, familiarity with Marie Kondo books and ideas or other books on organizing Having an open mind and last but not least, a good sense of humor We work 3-6 hour shifts any day of the week. We do three kinds of jobs: Moving in or Moving out Decluttering and organizing Clearing a hoarding situation This is a scent free, smoke free sober working environment and since you will be working in others homes you must show proof of double or double with a booster vaccination and most jobs require masking, some do not especially when you are actively lifting and carrying.
