Missing cat

Have you seen Cosmo? Our cat Cosmo is allowed outside 9-5 ish. He lives on Otis street and normally comes home every one to two hours to say hi but we haven’t seen him since 11am on the 17th of Feb. He’s a small tabby mix, with a neon yellow collar that has a star shaped tag on it. He would never bite of scratch but he would probably be nervous of strangers and run away. He’s an adventurer and a great climber so it’s possible he’s got himself stuck somewhere. Please check your outbuildings if you have a moment. He has a fairly loud miaw so you’d probably hear him! Any help finding him would be hugely appreciated.
