In this role you will complete room turns in apartments, paint, repair, light plumbing, safety/regulatory inspections, equipment maintenance, work with vendors, complete work orders, carpet maintenance and general repair work. Must be able to pass background check, enjoy working with seniors in a friendly and respectful manner.. Schedule is 7:30am - 4pm.
