The Maintenance Worker reports directly to the Park Manager and is expected to follow maintenance schedules to assure all areas of the Park are maintained in a clean, attractive, well functioning manner.
Need to have experience in general maintenance and willing to learn. You will follow daily, weekly, monthly, schedules and work request orders. Must be a creative problem solver and have organizational and communication skills working with 55+ residents and be aware of safety protocol.
Insurance optional.
Part-time to Full-time hours.
