Tree Falls On Car In Sudbury, Forcing Route 20 Closure

SUDBURY, MA — A tree fell on a car along Route 20 early Friday morning, causing a collision that shut down both directions of the road. The incident happened near 8:30 a.m. close to the intersection of Brimstone Road. Passersby and the Sudbury Fire Department stopped to clear debris to reopen the roadway, according to Sudbury police. The driver of the car was injured in the incident, police said. Much of eastern Massachusetts was experiencing high wind gusts Friday morning.
