MLK Jr. Ave. The event is free. There will be fun for the entire family. Dress as your favorite character and participate in a costume contest. Visit comic artists, attend an informational panel and check out a variety of vendor booths. This free event is presented by the Clearwater Public Library System and the Clearwater Parks & Recreation Department.
