Join the Ordinary People Society (TOPS) as we March across the Edmund Pettus Bridge for rights and liberation of incarcerated people.
On the 57th Anniversary of the 1965 Selma-to-Montgomery March, national and local organizations are coming together to reenact the full Selma-to-Montgomery March.
TOPS has led many of initiatives across the South for over 20 years, fighting for the rights to vote for currently and formerly incarcerated people. In a time where directly impacted are still facing inhumane treatment in the Ablabama Department of Corrections (ADOC), unfair parole system, and insufficient access to healthcare and permanent housing, it’s our TIME to rise up!
This year we are marching for Justice for individuals, family, and friends of those impacted by mass incarceration. Join us in Selma, Alabama at the north side of the Edmund Pettus Bridge.
T.O.P.S. Is 501 (C)(3) nonprofit organization that offers hope and creates an environment that provides a continuum of unconditional acceptance and care to individuals and their families who suffer the effects of mass incarceration without regard to race, sex, creed, color, religion or social status.
