Information CT DOT: WEST HAVEN - I-95 Northbound is congested between Exits 40 and 43 (3.2 miles) because of Crash (1 Vehicle) between Exits 43 and 44. The right lane is closed. Reported Friday, February 18 at 7:47 am. The accident could take six hours to clear, the DOT said.
