FALMOUTH, MA — Falmouth's coronavirus metrics continued seeing significant progress, according to data the Massachusetts Department of Public Health released Thursday.
Falmouth's positive test rate dropped from 8.81 percent to 6.14 percent. The state positive test rate was 2.76 percent, as of Thursday.
The town had 117 cases in the last two weeks, or 26.8 daily cases per 100,000 residents.
Both the positive rate and the case total decreased from last week's report.
The state also reported that Falmouth has 80.7 percent of its residents fully vaccinated. About 48 percent of Falmouth residents have gotten the booster.
