Joyfully Joyfully 🌱 Planted class will teach and educate how to eat plant based and cook for you and your family. The goal is to give you the tools in your tool box to buy the right food to fuel your body and improve your over all health to thrive in life not just survive. This class will be fun and interactive and I will do recipes that are 30 minutes or less and I will be breaking down every ingredient and how beneficial it is for you.
