Interest form This summer The Euro-Fitness and Sports camp is offering an outdoor nature exploration animal education and recreational sports all in one at the beautiful farm land of Heirloom East Bay Farm in Castro Valley. We start the day with trail run/walk around the farm followed by animal and farming education, feeding the goats and chickens and collecting eggs. Next it is time to play. Each day children are involved in different sports drills and games. Sports include soccer, whiffle ball, volleyball, kickball, and flag football. After lunch we head to the labyrinth for a relaxing meditation and quiet time for 45 minutes. This has been another favorite part of the camp where they relax and recharge for the afternoon activities. Next, we head to a short nature scavenger hunt collecting objects for our nature craft project. We end the day with team building exercises and games. This camp is a truly holistic experience for kids created by George Vishegonov -children sports coach and Amelia Mazgaloff, a chiropractor and children educator with combined experience of over 30 years. We have developed a curriculum that immerses children in outdoor nature and recreational sports experiences that develop every aspect of the child physical, emotional and mental.
