Summary This position is responsible for physical oversight and operations of a rural Crew2 warehouse that serves as an operational hub for subcontractors and vendor partners doing business with Crew2 in remote locations. The incumbent performs a variety of physical and operational activities as directed by Crew2 management and is solely responsible for opening and closing the warehouse and the financial performance and inventory management for the warehouse. Role Responsibilities Partners directly with Service Providers and customers to run warehouse operations in a way that optimizes productivity and profitability Responsible for materials management, including receipt and shipping of flooring materials; updating inventory tracking system and associated databases Monitors and manages stock levels; maintains timely, accurate records; processes all paperwork Completes monthly, quarterly, and year-end inventory counts and financial reconciliation Prepares carpet for next day installs; ensures accurate cut and quality control and receipt of work orders from previous day’s work Orchestrates an efficient and effective “morning show”; leverages these opportunities to cultivate relationships with installers Delivers and retrieves carpet/flooring and related supplies, as needed Ensures compliance with all safety rules and regulations Role Requirements Self-directed; willing and able to work autonomously while seeking help when needed Personal leadership; previous supervisory/management experience a plus Warehouse experience Effective problem-solving skill Willing and able to manage multiple conflicting demands Strong organizational skill Good interpersonal skill Ability to lift 50 pounds alone and up to 100 pounds with another person Good flexibility for continuous bending, twisting, and squatting Valid driver’s license Note: Must be 21 years or older.
