Looking for a dentist

One of my earliest childhood memories is being kicked out of a dentist's office because I was screaming so much because it hurt. Had a root canal before I was 10 and have had issues with my teeth ever since I can remember. Also have not had insurance since I was about 14. I desperately need to have all my teeth out, but can't afford it. Also can't afford to miss work to try and go to a place that I may or may not get any help from. I need a dentist with a big heart that would be willing to help me. I know this is a long shot, but if anyone could help me I would be eternally grateful and willing to work the cost off however they wanted me to. I could come over every weekend and cut your yard, do tedious tasks for your practice, come clean your office, walk your dogs, pretty much anything. I am tired of not wanting to leave my house and interact with anyone because I don't want to see that look in their eyes when they see my teeth. I'm tired of people assuming I am a complete junkie and not taking me seriously. Not looking for a hand out, but I could use a hand up. Other skills I have are audio engineering skills (I could help you make radio commercials that sound amazing) and I am also a borosilicate glass artist who specializes in art marbles. I am a very hard working person, but I apparently have the worst luck in the world as things out of my control seem to keep dragging me down. I am sure this will be a fruitless attempt, but I don't know what else to do.
