Press release from the West Chester Borough: February 17, 2022 The upgrade of the street lighting in the Borough began this week.  Lenni Electric will be installing approximately 1000 Street Light Nodes throughout the Borough.  These nodes are intended to resolve the ongoing issues with the street lights.  The  installation is expected to take from 4 to 5 months to complete.  Once installation is complete, the new platform for controlling the street lights will be implemented and the proper operation of the street lights is expected.
