Thermal imaging needed to rescue desperate cat

A cat has been 25' up inside the ceiling insulation of a store at a strip mall for almost a month now. We have no idea how he has survived with no food or water for this long. Two groups have been trying everything we can think to find this cat and get him down. So far, nothing has worked. A thermal imaging camera would help us to know where to locate the equipment to increase the chances of getting this poor kitty the medical attention he no doubt needs. If there's anybody out there who can help save this cat's life, please contact us as soon as possible.
