All were pompous, self-important and self-indulgent, delusional ( In that they believed what was good for them was in the best interests of their subjects) and mentally ill despots who are infamous for CORRUPTION and TYRANNY and whom were eventually deposed for their excesses and generally for crimes related to their despotism. The one who actually left a positive legacy was Ludwig II of Bavaria who due to delusional pursuit of the building of fantasy castles which bankrupted his realm at the time, and was found drowned (undoubtedly foul play) in a lake, left Bavaria and the World some of the most splendid architecture and art in Europe.
