We are looking to fill a full time position for a Skilled Handyman. Must have: • Minimum 2 years’ experience • Clean criminal & driving record • Team player and positive attitude • Willing to work 40 + hours a week We are open normal working hours 7:00am - 4:00pm Mon-Fri. Some days will be shorter and some days longer just the way our 24/7hr emergency service goes! Experience in maintenance this position will be mainly for doing service in house. Job duties: • Diagnose equipment failures, identify root cause, and perform needed repairs with minimal supervision. • Ability to operate hand and power tools. • Follow a preventative maintenance schedule and notify supervisor of spare parts needed. • Regularly perform maintenance on all company vehicles and repairs. • Regularly perform maintenance on all company equipment and various machines and appliances. • Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work. • Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed. • Carry out carpentry works by fixing furniture. • Repair electrical gadgets. • Fill gaps and provide painting services. • Repair and replace general hardware. • Troubleshoot general problems. • Attend to members of staff promptly when called upon.
