ILLINOIS — Take a look through this set of images from across Illinois. We're seeing many great opportunities for readers to get some memorable photographs this winter throughout the state. To have your photo featured on Patch, send it to Eric DeGrechie at [email protected]. We just ask that you make sure the photo you send is one you have taken personally, and allow Patch to use on all platforms. Include your name for credit and a brief description of the photo, including where it was taken. Tim Adams sent in this photo he took of a cold fox squirrel using its tail as a furry boa at the DuPage River Trail in Bolingbrook. The Clarendon Hills Firefighter's Association captured this thoughtful gesture from Walker Elementary School (Clarendon Hills) of Valentine's Day cards made by the students for the firemen. LAST WEEK: Snow Formations, Brave Firefighters And Duck Family Elaine Hamilton, of Glen Ellyn, photographed these four young does in her backyard. She said, "I asked them in for breakfast but they weren't interested." Carol Hunt submitted this photo she took recently of some evergreen trees in the Heatherfield neighborhood of Glenview right after some heavy snow stopped. Thank you all for the beautiful photo submissions!
