The Energy Services Worker will inspect and assesses home weatherization and home repair projects and activities to ensure compliance with specifications, building codes and work orders. Prepare and maintain inspection reports for review by lead Operations worker and/or Operations Supervisor. REQUIRES: High school diploma or GED and one year of experience in home repairs/inspection. Computer Knowledge required. Valid CA Driver’s License and proof of insurance, reliable transportation required. Home repair and inspection experience highly desirable with basic construction knowledge preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
