Insured ASAP Insurance Agency is searching for a full-time CSR for our auto, home and business insurance agency in Worth, IL. Please restrain from phone calls or walk-ins to the office. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing quality front-line service to prospects & clients, supporting sales team, and assisting with basic admin duties. Candidate must be a detail-oriented team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with specific proficiency in communicating with our clients by phone, sms, mail and email. Daily functions include: Place outbound phone calls for payment remindersAccept cash and credit card payments both via phone and in personFollow ups with clients regarding inspection reportsKeep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Experience is strongly preferred but not required. Schedule is flexible with 40 hours available to be filled immediately. Compensation: Salary is based on qualifications.
