Press release from the City of White Plains: February 18, 2022 In observance of Presidents' Day, all City offices will be closed on Monday, February 21st and there will be no garbage pick-up that day. There will be no paper recycling this week. Paper recycling will resume on Wednesday, March 2nd.  If you live on a Monday / Thursday collection route, your trash will be collected on Tuesday and Thursday this week. If you live on a Tuesday / Friday collection route, your trash will be collected on Wednesday and Friday. Mixed recycling will be picked up as usual.
