Excavation and Landscape Equipment Operator and or Lawn Worker needed Pay DOE * Full time job May- Nov 1or once break up occurs that can become mostly year round. We are a local landscaping company located in Anchorage, AK looking for equipment operators for the up and coming season starting April 15- May. We have been in business for 10 years. Most of the work we do is in Anchorage but we also perform in Eagle River and the Valley. We focus on landscaping and excavation. We do everything foundation repairs, septic installations, sewer line install and repairs, land clearing, pad building, large block wall installations to finish grade. The person we are looking for must have some experience in landscaping and excavation operating which includes but not limited to running skidsteer, excavator, loader and dump truck. The candidate will also need to get out in the field and work with the guys when the job is needed. The candidate will need to be attentive to detail and able to take direction. Knowledge And Requirements for job: * Must Have transportation to work daily * Positive attitude, dependable, hardworking, honest and neat in appearance. * Strong work ethic, self motivated, ability to take constructive criticism and correction. * Knowledge and skill of running heavy equipment (mainly skidsteer and excavator but not limited to just this) * Ability to work well as a team. * Focused on safety of yourself and the team you are working with. * Good driving record * Available on call if needed (This is not very often but it does come up) *Ability to lift more than 75 pounds *Must be able to pass drug test ( heroin, cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, phencyclidine) * You must be able to follow direction and interact with coworkers and clients in a professional, respectful manner.
