Press release from the City of Rye: 02/17/2022 3:45 PM A wind advisory is in effect from 11 pm this evening until 10 am Friday. Southwest winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts reaching up to 55 mph are expected. Strong winds may blow around unsecured objects. Scattered tree limbs, trees, and powerlines could be impacted. Power outages are possible and we urge residents to plan accordingly. Travel will be difficult, especially for high-profile vehicles so please use extra caution when driving and secure outdoor objects.  Please refer to the contact information below for any issues or emergencies.
