Press release from the Birmingham Police Department: 2022-02-17  The Birmingham Police Department reports and arrest has been made in connection to the homicide of 18-year-old De'Undray Nakil Haggard. Haggard was murdered in the Kimbrough Homes Housing Community on Wednesday, January 12, 2022. The suspect has been identified as a 16-year-old juvenile b/m, of Birmingham, Alabama. The juvenile suspect was arrested on February 15, 2022 and transported to the Jefferson County Jail where he will remain in custody with no bond.
